Instore Pick up 

'In Store Pickup' orders are FREE, once you place you order select In store pickup you are free to come and pick up your order during our standard store opening hours @ 28A Gloster Road, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, Suffolk IP5 3RD. To save you a journey please call us first on Ipswich 01473 232918 to ensure that we have your ordered items in stock and check that we are open.

Mainland UK and Northern Ireland Delivery - Note, expected delivery times may increase due to adverse weather and courier backlog.

Free Delivery - on all items over £99 to Mainland UK :

Free Delivery - FREE: on order over £99* purchases to anywhere in Mainland UK and . Free delivery orders take up to 6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). 

Standard Delivery* – on Items under £99

Standard Delivery – Cost: £3.95 expected delivery time up to 6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland delivery only)

Express Delivery* 

Express Delivery' orders cost £7.95 to UK Mainland Excluding Highlands, 9.95 to non UK mainland  and if placed before 3pm GMT (normal working day) will be dispatched same day for next normal working day delivery to Mainland UK destinations using a 'next day' courier service 2 days to none mainland and highlands You can also choose to pay extra for delivery at certain times of the day and for weekend delivery (Mainland UK and Northern Ireland delivery only), please call our courier on 0844 357 3887 to find out more. *A normal working day is Mon to Fri excluding bank holidays.

Saturday Delivery* (only available to UK mainland)

Saturday Delivery is £24.95 (Order before 3pm Friday GMT) (excluding bank holidays to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland delivery only). This uses a tracked service either by royal mail or by one of our couriers, deliveries are always made before 1pm, and have to be tracked by the customer, on Saturday deliveries it is the customers responsibility to track the item with the tracking numbers supplied and for any query's concerning the delivery to be made directly to royal mail or the courier company used and not EdgeRiders or SkiSurf. It is also the customers responsibility to be or have arranged for someone to be at the given address.

Returns & Replacements


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us by Using the following procedure Simply return the item to the address listed at the top of the home page in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the Despatch date or the date of being  charged, Please enclose a cover note Explaining wheather you would like a refund or exchange using  your original order number as refrence  We will either issue a full refund for the  item or send a different size if you  require In the run up to Christmas any purchase made from the 25th November until the 25th December will  have an extended returns policythru to the 14th January in the New Year.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office/Courier as you will have to produce it in case of a loss, recorded postage is recommended. Additional charges may apply for returns outside UK main land. With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in new condition or after the 14 day period.CD's and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Soiled/worn clothing will not be exchanged or refunded. Soiled or used equipment will not be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not effected by these conditions.All products from Edgeriders Co. Ltd are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days.

 

Ordering


Placing an Order

Orders can be placed on our website where it can be viewed, logged and tracked. If you login you will also gain the benefit of reward points to use to spend on future purchases. You can however place an order over the phone if desired by calling us on our in store number. Please note that the order acknowledgement such as the order confirmation email is simply an acknowledgement that your order has been received by EdgeRiders or SkiSurf Shop Online; it does not indicate that we have accepted your order and does not form a binding contract.

Order Acceptance

Acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the goods to you. Until we despatch your goods no contract will have been formed between you and us. Although we hope to be able to supply all goods ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time before it has been accepted. Should we refuse your order we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. 

Back Orders

We carry a large amount of stock, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date or state that the product is no longer available. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

Cancelling Your Order/s

If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please call 08452 260 760 before 3pm(GMT) on the day you order, or if you order after 5pm, call us before 12pm the following day. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns policy for further info.

Once your  order has been despatched, we are unable to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. If there is no-one to sign for your delivery, you will be left a card from either our courier or the Post Office inviting you to re-arrange delivery.

If you are not in to receive your delivery, our courier will eave a card for you to collect from your nearest depot. However if you know at the time of ordering that you are unlikely to be in you can request for your delivery to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please do ensure it is a safe place as we will not be responsible for the product once it has left our courier.

To process your order we need certain payment details, these however are never disclosed to any third party other than one of the payment providers listed above. Prices and carriage where applicable will all be in £s Sterling .

You can view your orders by logging into your account with us. If however you have not registered with us and have proceeded without an account then your order email will be your only reference. Please contact us if you would like the order email resent to you.
