Returns & Warranties   

1. Returns & Exchanges 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us by using one of  the following procedure. 1Simply order a new product and send the unwanted item back  to the address listed at the top of the home page in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the despatch date; with a cover note explaining that you have purchaced a new product and require a refund. 2 Simply return the item to the address listed at the top of the home page in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the Despatch date, please enclose a cover note explaining wheather you would like a refund or exchange using your original order number as refrence.  We will either issue a full refund for the item or send a different size if you require. In the run up to Christmas any purchase made from the 25th November until the 25th December will have an extended returns policythru to the 14th January in the New Year.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. Exchanged items can take up to 10 days to return upon receipt of returned goods to main land UK, and up to a 5 weeks Europe, however you can pay additional postage (refer to Shipping options above) to expedite this process, please email us for options And returns details. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office/Courier as you will have to produce it in case of a loss, recorded postage is recommended. Additional charges may apply for returns outside UK main land. With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in new condition or after the 14 day period.CD's and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Soiled/worn clothing will not be exchanged or refunded. Soiled or used equipment will not be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not effected by these conditions. All products from Edgeriders.Com are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days.

2. Warranties

Limited Warranty

Edgeriders warrants all products sold by Edgeriders to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product. A “lifetime” warranty means the lifetime of the original owner. If a product is found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion, the Manufacturers only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.  will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. all warranties are autherised by the manufacturer and not by Edgeriders.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

  1. The warranty applies only to products purchased from Edgeriders and is valid for the original purchaser only.
  2. All products returned to Edgeriders for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization which can be given over the phone. Ship products freight prepaid and insured. Edgeriders assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  3. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
    1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
    2. Normal wear and tear.
    3. Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
    4. Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or LOC-TITE®.
    5. Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages
  4. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.
  5. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
  6. Repaired items will be subject to available parts. We will do our best to match colors and styles but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product back.
  7. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Edgeriders.
  8. Edgeriders product is not covered by any verbal warranties.

Orders & Tracking            

1. Orders

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed on our website where it can be viewed, logged and tracked. If you login you will also gain the benefit of reward points to use to spend on future purchases. You can however place an order over the phone if desired by calling us on our in store number. Please note that the order acknowledgement such as the order confirmation email is simply an acknowledgement that your order has been received by EdgeRiders or SkiSurf Shop Online; it does not indicate that we have accepted your order and does not form a binding contract.

Order Acceptance

Acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the goods to you. Until we despatch your goods no contract will have been formed between you and us. Although we hope to be able to supply all goods ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time before it has been accepted. Should we refuse your order we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. 

Back Orders

We carry a large amount of stock, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date or state that the product is no longer available. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

Cancelling Your Order/s

If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns policy for further info.

Once your  order has been despatched, we are unable to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. If there is no-one to sign for your delivery, you will be left a card from either our courier or the Post Office inviting you to re-arrange delivery.

If you are not in to receive your delivery, our courier will eave a card for you to collect from your nearest depot. However if you know at the time of ordering that you are unlikely to be in you can request for your delivery to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please do ensure it is a safe place as we will not be responsible for the product once it has left our courier.

2. Viewing Orders

You can view your orders by logging into your account with us. If however you have not registered with us and have proceeded without an account then your order email will be your only reference. Please contact us if you would like the order email resent to you.

 

3. Updating Account Infomation

Please email us using the contact details on the contact us page if you require your account information to be updated. Address Details, Telephone numbers and email can be updated by logging onto your account.

4. Tracking your Order

We Currently use a variety of couriers for our deliverys. Follow the links provided to you to track your order / consignment number should have been text or emailed to you, if you experience any issues simply contact us. if your order is still Processing Please contact sales@edgeriders.com
