Delivery - Standard, Express, Instore and BFPO Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all purchases over £50 (in a single transaction) to anywhere in Mainland UK and Northern Ireland using our Standard Delivery Option - for orders under £50 a small delivery charge of £3.95 will apply. A charge is made for delivery to the rest of the World as follows: Non Mainland UK £6.95, Europe £19.95, USA and Rest of the World £29.95. All orders are shipped within 24 hours* of receipt of order(Monday to Friday).
'Standard delivery' orders should arrive to UK destinations within 10 working days (although this is not guaranteed) however 90% of orders placed using Standard Delivery do arrive within 2 working days if the order was placed on our site before 2pm.
'Express Delivery' orders cost £6.95 and if placed before 2pm (weekdays) will be dispatched same day for next day* (working day) delivery to Mainland UK destinations using a 'next day' courier service. You can also choose to pay extra for delivery at certain times of the day and for weekend delivery (Mainland UK and Northern Ireland delivery only), please call 0844 357 3887 to find out more.
'In Store Pickup' orders are delivery FREE, once you place you order if you select In store pickup you are free to come and pick up your order during our standard store opening hours @ 53 Upper Orwell St, Ipswich, Suffolk IP4 1HP. To save you a journey please call us first on Ipswich 01473 232918 to ensure that we have your ordered items in stock and check that we are open.
'BFPO Delivery' orders are delivered FREE to the British Armed Forces Worldwide, delivery times are subject to the BFPO Delivery Service schedule and any items ordered using the BFPO delivery option must be under 1.5M in size when packaged. Oversized orders must use either the Standard or Express Delivery option.
*This assumes that we have the ordered items in stock in our store, see back orders below for further information. We cannot however be held responsible for late deliveries which are outside of our control and if your order is urgent please call first to check we have the product In Stock In Store on 0844 357 3887.
Security
We use a recognized, trusted and secure SSL certificate issued by Godaddy.com to secure online transactions with up to 256-bit SSL. We use three Internet credit payment schemes - Protx, Google Checkout and Able2Buy for taking secure online credit card/credit payments(NB not all payment options may be available at all times). All providers use SSL encryption on their servers to ensure your credit card details are safe.

To process your order we need certain payment details, these however are never disclosed to any third party other than one of the payment providers listed above. Prices and carriage where applicable will all be in £s Sterling .

On Receipt of Your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.
In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of you, the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. EdgeRiders Co. Ltd will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Returns Process and Guarantee
Non-faulty items must be sent back unused and in their original packaging with labels and within 14 days of the invoice date including original receipt. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required.
You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us, that includes the cost of sending the item out in the first place which for Mainland UK deliveries is approximately £10.(This means you will be refunded less £10 From you original order To cover our initial postage cost) Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. Products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our main store address '53 Upper Orwell St, Ipswich, Suffolk IP4 1HP'. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office/Courier as you will have to produce it in case of a loss, recorded postage is recommended.
CD's and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Soiled/worn clothing will not be exchanged or refunded. Soiled or used equipment will not be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not effected by these conditions.
Label all returns to "Edgeriders Returns Department" and send returned goods to '53 Upper Orwell St, Ipswich, Suffolk IP4 1HP'. You should also include your name, address, email, daytime telephone number, a copy of all invoice/receipts, your EdgeRiders.com order number and a covering letter explaining why you are returning it AND what you would like us to do; refund or exchange? With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in new condition or after the 14 day period.
All products from Edgeriders Co. Ltd are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers.
If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the Manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days.
Back Orders
We carry a large amount of stock, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date or state that the product is no longer available. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.
Cancelling Your Order/s
If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please call 08452 260 760 before 2pm(GMT) on the day you order, or if you order after 5pm, call us before 12pm the following day. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns policy for further info.
Warranties
Most items sold by us are covered by a manufacturers warranty and therefore most calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer however we are always here to help so if you have any problems please feel free to contact us for advice.
Statutory Rights
All contracts herein and with effect of the company do not at any time affect your statutory consumer rights.
