Edge Riders Extreme Sports of Ipswich were @ the Felixstowe Extreme Fest 27th July 2008 in force with the biggest presence of all Exhibitors. Edgeriders.com of Ipswich were the Main Sponsors of the Skateboarding and BMX XtremeFest Half Pipe comps. Edge Riders Sponsored Rider, Evan Rogers came a great 3rd place in the Under 16's category.

The Edge Riders crew from Ipswich had gear on display from kitesurfing to landboarding through to Ski and Snowboarding mostly just released kit for the upcoming 2009 season. Edge Riders had a great stand on the day and were pimped to the hilt, respect was earn't - especially when it was pointed out that someone had pimped up one of SGR FM's Black Thunders!!!
Background to XtremeFest Felixstowe 2008....
This Extreme Festival event started in 2007 and it went with a bang! It was a taster to evaluate how this kind of event would be received within the local community, we got the answer, it was a storming event! Just ask anyone if Felixstowe about Xtreme Fest and they'd know about it. So this was a positive stepping stone for a fantastic show providing loads of things to do, to watch, and interact with.
Felixstowe Xtremefest 2008 hosted many activities on the day, from a halfpipe sponsored by EdgeRiders, MAD mountain bike display team, windsurfing freeride sessions, climbing wall, and live music throughout the day and more.
